Breastfeeding Problems?
Although breast milk is the food Mother Nature intended for your baby, breast-feeding doesn't always come naturally. Many women experience problems such as engorgement, sore nipples, breast pain, yeast infections, poor latches, and many other setbacks.
If you are experiencing problems, we are here to help you. Lisa Kelley, Certified Nurse Midwife and Lactation Consultant at Champlain OB/GYN, offers these services to our patients:
- Office visits for specific breastfeeding problems
- Home visits, if needed
- Group support classes on Tuesday afternoons that deal with specific breastfeeding problems and techniques
